After signing up for a free trial, you will get access to an administrator platform called MyLingoly where you will be able to setup the look and feel of your storefront. Add your content with a couple of clicks and define your business rules such as language pairs, delivery times, pricing, etc., you are in control. When you are ready, you must choose a monthly plan to publish, promote, and continue using your site. On the other side, when customers visit your store they will have access to prebuilt forms to register, submit documents, add instructions, and pay for their orders. Our notification system will email you to go to MyLingoly to manage and translate the documents in our Web-based translation platform from start to finish. When the project has been marked as completed, your customer will be notified to download their translated files on their account order details page. Yes! Based on your store settings, your clients can pay with Stripe, PayPal or both, provided you have an account with any of these payment processors. Both services accept cards worldwide and charge a different Credit Card Transaction Fee. *
Since we process your customers’ payments on your behalf using your preferred provider - PayPal or Stripe - your earnings (minus our Service Fee and PayPal or Stripe fees) will be transferred to your account within seconds.
If your customer pays with PayPal, the fee for processing online payments in U.S. dollars is 2.9% + 30 cents of the project price. If your customer selects Stripe as the payment method, the fee in U.S. dollars is 2.9% + 30 cents. Please note that this fee may change without notice and it is charged by the payment processors, not by us.
Our service fee varies and starts at 3.9% for each order placed on your site. In other words, if your customer pays $100 for a translation order, Lingoly will keep $3.9 and $96.1 minus any credit card fee (your earnings), will be deposited into your account as soon as the payment is cleared. Both fees are refundable in case of a cancellation.

We process our payments through Stripe and accept many credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB. You will be billed at the beginning of your monthly cycle for the price of the subscription plan you have chosen.
Lingoly is a month-to-month service. There are no contract commitments or setup/cancellation fees. We do not offer refunds for past payments.
Sure thing! Just visit the payment page of your account section’s settings to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you are upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference at the beginning of the next month. If you are downgrading, your subscription will be extended for the amount of funds credited in your account so far.
